The PowerPoint file (.pptx) must be downloaded and completed by the candidate with the relevant information about the PhD defense.
Instructions:
- Download the .pptx file
- Fill in the required information (thesis title, candidate name, Cycle, date, time, venue, members of the evaluation committe etc.)
- Keep the institutional layout and formatting

Name_Surname_Cycle_PhD Defense - Convert the file to PDF format before submission
- Submit only the final PDF version
