Abstract Submission and Book of abstract 4th PiCSU PhD Symposium 2025
The deadline for submitting abstracts for oral presentations is December 8th 2024
For PhD students in Cycles XXXVII, XXXVIII, and XXXIX an oral presentation is required with the following time limits:
- Cycle XXXVII: 18 minutes (15 presentation + 3 Q&A)
- Cycle XXXVIII: 12 minutes (10 presentation + 2 Q&A)
- Cycle XXXIX: 8 minutes (7 presentation + 1 Q&A)
Please complete the following registration form by Sunday, December 8th.
You will be asked to:
- Submit an abstract of your oral contribution using this template (PiCSU2025_Template), save it as WORD Document (.doc or .docx, NOT PDF) and named “Cycle_Surname_Name.docx” (e.g. 38_Rossi_Mario.docx) Please do not alter the header, font nor formatting. The “ORXX” code in the template is required for the Book of Abstracts; please do not modify or remove it.
- Indicate your SDS (Scientific Discipinal Sector). If uncertain, consult your supervisor.
- Specify whether you will attend in person or online. Please note that online attendance is reserved for special circumstances, such as research abroad, work commitments, or personal needs.
- Indicate if you would like to serve as a chair for one of the oral sessions.
- Confirm your attendance at the Symposium’s social event, scheduled for the evening of Thursday, January 16th. A small contribution may be required to cover expenses. More details will follow.
