This page provides essential information for the preparation and display of posters at the symposium. Please read the instructions carefully and ensure full compliance.
Poster Format and Dimensions
- The maximum allowed poster size is 100 × 70 cm, portrait orientation only.
- Posters that do not comply with these dimensions may not be displayed.
Poster Display and Removal
- Posters may be displayed from the beginning of the first day of the symposium.
- All posters must be removed at the end of the symposium. Posters left behind will be discarded.
Poster Allocation
- Each poster must be placed in its assigned space, identified by the author’s name.
- Poster boards are arranged in ascending alphabetical order by presenter surname.
Poster Sessions
- During the scheduled poster sessions, presenters are required to be present at their poster.
- This time is reserved for discussion, questions, and direct interaction with other participants and attendees.

- To ensure visual consistency, presenters are strongly encouraged to use the official poster template.
