Abstract Submission Guidelines
The deadline for submitting abstracts for oral presentations is December 9th 2025
About the Symposium
Now in its fifth year, this symposium provides doctoral students from the three active cycles and the outgoing cycle an opportunity to present their projects.
Participants from Cycle XLI will showcase their work through posters, while students from Cycles XXXVIII to XL will deliver oral presentations.
Registration
Please complete the following registration form by Tuesday, December 9th.
You will be asked to:
- Submit an abstract of your oral or poster contribution using the officiale templates (PiCSU2026_Oral Template PiCSU2026_Poster Template ). The abstract muast be saved as WORD Document (.doc or .docx, NOT PDF) and named “Cycle_Surname_Name.docx” (e.g. 38_Rossi_Mario.docx). Please do not alter the header, font nor formatting. The “ORXX” or "POSXX" code in the template is required for the Book of Abstracts; please do not modify or remove it.
- Indicate your SDS (Scientific Discipinal Sector). If uncertain, consult your supervisor.
- Specify your attendance mode (in person or online). Please note that online attendance is reserved for special circumstances, such as research abroad, work commitments, or personal needs.
- Indicate your availability to act as a chair for one of the oral sessions (optional)..
- Confirm your attendance at the Symposium’s social event, scheduled for the evening of Thursday, January 15th. More details will follow.
