Career Day 2026!
The Career Day of the University of Florence is the annual event designed to connect students, PhD candidates, graduates, and employers.
The 2026 edition took place on March 23 at the Morgagni A Campus, bringing together over 110 companies and organizations actively seeking candidates from all academic fields.
Who can participate
The event is open to:
- Final-year undergraduate students or those currently completing their bachelor's degree;
- Master’s degree students;
- Students in the final two years of a single-cycle degree program;
- Those enrolled in a Master’s (Level I or II), PhD, Specialization School, or Advanced Training course;
- Graduates (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Single-cycle) who completed their studies no more than 36 months ago;
- Holders of a Master’s, PhD, Specialization, or Advanced Training certificate obtained within the last 24 months
from all Schools and academic areas of the University.
What to expect
Career Day offers the opportunity to:
- attend job interviews with companies and organizations
- apply for open positions
- connect directly with recruiters and industry professionals
- gain insight into current labour market expectations
In the days leading up to the event, a series of online company presentations are आयोजित to help participants prepare and learn more about the organizations involved.
How to participate
To participate, registration is required using your Almalaurea portal login credentials.
Once registered, you can go to the "Choose and meet companies" (Scegli e incontra le aziende) section to view the list of participating companies and select those of interest.
Submit your application and attend interviews during the event!
To attend the online company presentations, you must register via the following Google Form and select the webinars you are interested in. After registering, the Placement Office staff will send the connection link to the email address provided in the form by the day of the presentation(s). You can find the schedule of presentations and the participating companies on the dedicated page of the event website.
